The posting

  • Supplier Onboarding: Conduct compliance checks for new vendor onboarding requests, ensuring all compliance checks are met before approving and activating suppliers within Coupa P2P system
  • Vendor master data integrity: Maintain accurate supplier profiles and supporting documentation e.g. business registration, banking details, tax registration entries
  • Transactional procurement support: Provide transactional support with setting up Coupa sourcing events and vetting/approving low-value purchase requisitions against procurement / purchasing guidelines
  • Contract Administration: Support uploading and maintenance of active contract records focusing on completeness and accuracy of contract metadata, support contract updates and issuance of active contract list
  • Invoicing Management Support: Support non-digital suppliers by manually creating invoices within Coupa (submitted via Coupa Invoice Inbox) to prevent payment bottlenecks and maintain smooth business continuity.
