📍 Location: Loyang Drive 💰 Salary: Up to $7,800/month 🎁 Benefits: 13th-month AWS + Variable Bonus 🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.00am–5.18pm 🏭 Industry: Aerospace / Aircraft Component Repair & Maintenance

💼 Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management

  • Manage daily production operations to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets.
  • Plan production schedules, allocate manpower and coordinate overtime requirements.
  • Monitor employee productivity, utilisation and efficiency against operational targets.
  • Provide hands-on shop-floor support and establish standard work procedures.
  • Coordinate with Materials and Customer Service teams to ensure parts, resources and schedules meet production requirements.
  • Ensure repaired or processed components meet technical specifications, work instructions and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach and motivate production employees to achieve operational goals.
  • Plan manpower requirements and identify training needs.
  • Coordinate on-the-job training and develop competency-based assessments.
  • Support recruitment, performance appraisals, career development and employee relations matters.
  • Build a skilled, efficient and safety-conscious production team.

Continuous Improvement & Quality

  • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Improve work methods, reduce setup time and implement mistake-proofing initiatives.
  • Monitor production performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to improve productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure production equipment is maintained according to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedules.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, internal controls and applicable aerospace quality standards.
  • Promote human factors awareness and error management.
  • Identify and address unsafe working conditions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and achieve business objectives.
