The posting

A well-established recruitment consultancy is looking for a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys sales and building relationships. You will win new clients and place high-calibre candidates in permanent and flexible-staffing roles.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct business development to win new client accounts and grow existing relationships
  • Meet hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and hiring plans
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer and placement
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
  • Conduct candidate interviews and match profiles to client requirements
  • Manage expectations of clients and candidates through every stage
  • Negotiate fees, terms and offers
  • Write and post job advertisements across platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and support candidates through onboarding
  • Track pipeline, targets and market trends

What You'll Bring

  • Degree or Diploma in any field and above
  • Prior sales, recruitment or business development experience is an advantage; full training provided
  • Naturally persuasive with strong relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, target-driven and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisation and follow-through
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Keen interest in healthcare or life sciences is a plus
