A leading recruitment consultancy is looking for Recruitment Consultants to grow its healthcare and life sciences desk. You will partner with clients and candidates across the full recruitment cycle and be rewarded for the results you deliver.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to offer and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and networking
  • Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against client requirements
  • Advertise roles and manage candidate pipelines proactively
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through to placement
  • Develop new client opportunities through calls, emails and networking
  • Keep accurate records in the recruitment database
  • Track market trends and share insights with clients and candidates

What You'll Bring

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline and above
  • Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or client-facing work is welcome
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, target-driven and motivated by results
  • Good organisation and ability to manage multiple roles at once
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals for sourcing
  • Interest in healthcare, life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors is an advantage
  • No prior recruitment experience required; full training provided
