What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with hiring managers to understand their manpower needs and the profile of the ideal candidate
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and our in-house database
  • Screen and interview candidates, and shortlist the strongest profiles for clients
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offers through to onboarding
  • Write and post job advertisements across recruitment channels
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
  • Develop new client accounts and grow existing ones
  • Keep candidate and client records accurate and up to date

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma in any discipline and above
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage; no prior experience required
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people every day
  • Target-driven, resilient and organised
  • Interest in the healthcare and life sciences industry
