Great opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to support a growing Sales function, work closely with key accounts and retailers, and help drive overall sales performance.

Location: Near Paya Lebar MRT Employment type: Permanent Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 (negotiable) Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing

  • Support the Sales function and help grow overall sales
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with assigned accounts to understand their operations and business needs
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance to the Sales Manager and management team
  • Work closely with the Sales Team, support Key Accounts and internal stakeholders to address customer needs effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational customer issues
  • Update customer records, document sales interactions, and generate reports on sales performance and metrics
  • Provide sales support administration, including processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Consolidate sales figures and prepare sales summaries or reports for review by the Sales Team and management
  • Calculate promoters' commissions based on applicable sales performance and commission guidelines
  • Carry out merchandising activities at retail outlets when required, including maintaining product displays and ensuring proper product presentation
  • Visit or liaise with retailers to take sales orders and ensure orders are accurately recorded and submitted for processing
  • Provide Sales support in terms of data consolidation and meeting customers' requests
