The posting

Employment Type: Permanent Salary: $4,500–$6,500/month (Including $300 Shift Allowance) Location: Novena Working Hours: 5 Days/Week, 42 Hours, 3 Rotating Shifts Vacancies: 3

Shifts:

  • AM: 7am–2:30pm
  • PM: 2pm–9:30pm
  • Night: 9pm–7:30am

Job Scope:

  • Provide advanced nursing care for emergency and acute patients
  • Lead emergency assessments and resuscitation support
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff
  • Coordinate patient care, staff deployment and shift operations
  • Ensure compliance with clinical safety and infection control standards
  • Support quality improvement and clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Nursing
  • Valid SNB Registered Nurse registration
  • Prior emergency, acute care or trauma nursing experience required
