Staff Nurse | Lactation Consultant | Up to $4,800/Month

📍 Location: Novena 💰 Salary: Up to $4,800/month 🕘 Working Hours: Office hours, 5.5-day work week 📄 Employment Type: Permanent.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide evidence-based breastfeeding support, lactation consultations and parentcraft education.
  • Guide mothers and families in breastfeeding techniques and informed infant-feeding decisions.
  • Conduct newborn care and infant-care training for parents and caregivers.
  • Assess and manage common breastfeeding challenges, including breast engorgement, plugged ducts and mastitis.
  • Demonstrate alternative feeding methods, including cup feeding, syringe feeding and Supplemental Nursing Systems (SNS).
  • Recognise neonatal emergencies and escalate complex cases appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical procedures, hospital policies, patient confidentiality and quality standards.
