Temp Accounts Assistant | $13/Hour | 4-Month Contract

📍 Location: Cantonment Road, Singapore 💰 Salary: $13/hour 📅 Contract Duration: 4 months 🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Verify expenses and payments and assign the appropriate accounts.
  • Check invoices and prepare supporting documents for payments and receipts.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and update accounts payable records.
  • Prepare customer invoices and maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers or agents.
  • Maintain cash book records and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Enter accounting transactions into the accounting software.
  • File and maintain financial documents and transaction records.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
