Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Temporary F&B Assistant to support the Food Services department in a Hospital setting!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administrative matters.
  • Generate meal summaries and meal chits.
  • Handle phone calls, enquiries and feedback regarding meal services.
  • Assist with meal assembly, plating and food service operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplies and deliveries.
  • Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys.
  • Manage staff meal orders and payment processing.
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or a related discipline.
  • Possess a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate.
  • Able to handle heavy loads.
  • Responsible, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
