Temp Patient Service Associate (PSA) | Sengkang | Till 14 Jan 2027 | $10.50/hr

Location: Sengkang Employment type: Temporary, till 14 January 2027 — maternity cover Salary: $10.50 per hour Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm (8 hours per day), every Saturday 8am–12pm (4 hours) — 44 hours per week Note on hours: Must be open to starting at 7am or 7.30am on certain days. If work starts earlier, it will end earlier.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Provide frontline service as a representative of the polyclinic
  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
  • Assist patients with self-service kiosks
  • Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must be comfortable standing for long hours

Additional note The cost of the medical / vaccination checkup will be covered if the candidate starts work. If the candidate does not start work, the medical / vaccination cost will have to be paid back.
