Hospital Pharmacy | Novena

Contract:

3 Months

1. Pharmacy Lab Assistant

💰 $12/hr

⏰ 5.5-day work week

• Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5pm

• Sat: 9am–1:30pm

2. Inpatient Pharmacy Assistant

💰 $12/hr

⏰ 5-day work week, with 1-hour unpaid break

• Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5pm or 9:30am–6pm

• Weekend shifts may apply, with a weekday/weekend off arrangement

3. Emergency Pharmacy Assistant – PM Shift

💰 $14/hr

⏰ 5-day work week, with 1-hour break

• Mon: 1pm–10pm

• Tues, Wed & Sat: 12pm–10pm

• Sun: 10am–8pm

• Thurs & Fri: OFF

Job Scope:

• Assist with receiving, picking, packing and labelling medications

• Replenish medication stocks and maintain inventory

• Support medication preparation and distribution

• Ensure accurate handling and storage of medications

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy area

• Perform general pharmacy support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to commit to the full 3-month contract

• No planned holidays during the contract period

• Comfortable with the assigned working hours and shift schedule

• Meticulous, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
