Explore an opportunity in healthcare food services, where you can support patient meal arrangements, food operations and daily service delivery. If you enjoy a dynamic working environment and are comfortable with both administrative and hands-on duties, this could be the role for you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administrative matters.
  • Prepare meal summaries, meal chits and relevant documentation.
  • Attend to calls, enquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Assist with meal assembly, plating and food service operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with supplies and deliveries.
  • Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys and record feedback.
  • Support staff meal orders and payment processing.
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate.
  • Comfortable with hands-on duties.
  • Organised, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months or longer.
