The posting

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Review purchase orders and ensure order details are accurate.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Monitor order progress and delivery schedules, providing timely updates to customers.
  • Follow up on urgent orders and coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Work with the production team to plan schedules based on production capacity and customer demand.
  • Prepare order reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Details

  • Location: Senoko Drive (Transport Provided)
  • Salary: Up to $3,500 per month
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning or ERP systems.
