Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute events and engagement activities from conceptualisation to completion.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, registration, publicity, on-site operations and post-event evaluation.
  • Organise and support outreach activities, roadshows, open houses, campus events and promotional initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate event schedules, budgets, resources and marketing materials.
  • Support initiatives to increase brand awareness and engage target audiences.
  • Monitor event participation, gather feedback and prepare post-event reports.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for departmental activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with some hands-on event planning or coordination experience gained through internships, school projects, CCAs or part-time employment.
  • Experience in an educational institution, campus environment or student engagement setting will be advantageous.
  • Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Willing to support events outside regular office hours, including weekends, when required.
