📍 Location: Changi City Point / Tampines 1

💰 Salary: Up to S$2,100 Basic + Allowances + Commission + Bonuses

📅 Working Days: 5-Day Work Week (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)

🕒 Working Hours: Retail Shifts (44 Hours per Week)

About the Role

NOVELA, a premium multi-brand beauty retailer in Singapore, is seeking enthusiastic Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences, recommend beauty products and drive retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote brand memberships.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across various skincare, beauty and fragrance brands.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and store merchandising.
  • Maintain store presentation and support daily retail operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in beauty, skincare or cosmetics.
  • Passion for beauty products, customer service and retail sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Up to S$2,100/month
  • Grooming Allowance: S$100
  • Monthly Sales Commission & Incentives
  • Variable Bonus + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
  • 5-Day Work Week
