📍 Location: Jurong / Bedok / Orchard, Singapore

💰 Salary: Up to S$2,700 Basic + Monthly Commission + Variable Bonus

💵 Potential Gross Earnings: Up to S$4,000/month (Performance-Based)

📅 Working Days: Rotating 5-Day & 6-Day Work Weeks (6 Off Days per 4-Week Roster)

🕒 Working Hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

Join MODE Aesthetics, a multi-award-winning medical aesthetics group, as a Beauty Consultant! We are seeking sales-driven individuals who are passionate about beauty, skincare and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend and promote aesthetic treatments, including facials, slimming, hair removal and body contouring.
  • Conduct skin, body and hair consultations to understand customers' needs.
  • Provide personalised treatment recommendations and product advice.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consultations and upselling.
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
  • Handle customer enquiries and maintain excellent service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or Beauty Advisor.
  • Proven sales track record in beauty, skincare or aesthetic treatments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Sales-driven, proactive and confident in customer consultations.
  • No formal academic qualifications required.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$2,700/month
  • Monthly Sales Commission + Variable Bonus
  • Potential Gross Earnings: S$3,000 – S$4,000/month, depending on sales performance
  • 6 Off Days per 4-Week Roster
