💰 Salary: Up to S$10,000 Basic + Allowances + Bonuses

🕒 Working Hours: 24/7 On-Call Standby Availability Required (When Necessary)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical engineering and installation projects at Changi Airport, ensuring efficient project execution, technical compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end electrical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, cost control and variation orders.
  • Oversee site installations, subcontractors, workmanship quality and project progress.
  • Manage LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, lighting and ELV system installations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore electrical standards, safety regulations and quality requirements.
  • Supervise testing, commissioning and project handovers, including as-built drawings and O&M documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience, including project management roles.
  • Prior electrical project experience in Singapore is mandatory.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Strong technical knowledge of LV/HV systems, power distribution, electrical installations, testing and commissioning.
  • Proficiency in project planning, cost management and technical coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to support project requirements outside regular working hours when necessary.
