Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify shipping and operational documents.
  • Verify customers' shipping requirements and delivery modes.
  • Process sales orders and billing accurately in the ERP system.
  • Update operational records in Excel and coordinate with the operations team.
  • Match packing documents with the Shipment Management System (SMS).
  • Process purchase requests, goods receipts, and stock transfers in the ERP system.
  • Perform weekly and monthly cycle count validation and update inventory records.
  • Communicate with customers via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone to meet their requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements:

  • Nitec & above
  • With 1 year of experience in logistics OTHER INFORMATION:
  • Location : Tampines
  • Working Days/Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30AM-5.30PM or 8.30PM-5.30AM (Monthly rotation)
  • Salary: $3300 + Bonus + OT (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
