The posting

📍 Location: Suntec City, Singapore

💰 Salary: Up to S$2,900 Basic + Overtime Pay (Potential Additional S$1,000/month, depending on hours worked)

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)

🕒 Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • After 6:00 PM & Weekends: Overtime as required, with applicable OT pay

About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for the Chairman, family members and guests, while maintaining high standards of punctuality, discretion and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely chauffeur the Chairman, family members and guests to designated locations.
  • Plan efficient routes and ensure punctual arrivals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the Toyota Alphard, including washing when necessary.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks and arrange servicing or repairs.
  • Assist with luggage, packages, errands and occasional ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Collect and return the vehicle to Suntec City daily.

Requirements

  • Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is mandatory.
  • Relevant driving experience with a good driving record.
  • Familiar with Singapore roads, routes and traffic regulations.
  • Punctual, responsible, professional and trustworthy.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and respect personal privacy.
  • Willing to work overtime or weekends when required.
  • Able to maintain a smoke-free vehicle environment.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Up to S$2,900/month
  • Overtime Pay: Additional earnings based on actual overtime worked
  • Annual Leave: 7 days, increasing by 1 day per completed year of service, up to 14 days
  • Company Vehicle: Toyota Alphard (daily collection and return at Suntec City)
