Our Client, is a Singapore-based construction company involved in building construction and civil engineering works, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Contracts Director/ Contracts Manager and/or Planning & Engineering managers during the whole process of sub-contract project.
  • Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO (Variation Order) submission.
  • Monitor and keep track of project progress and responsible for measurement and valuation of variation in the work during the sub-contract project period.
  • Prepare and finalize project final accounts.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by management/ directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
  • Experience in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location : Geylang

Working Days/ Hours : 5days

Salary: $$5000 + Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
