The posting

📍 Location: Various Project Sites, Singapore (To Be Discussed)

💰 Salary: Up to S$5,300 Basic + Variable Bonus

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6-Day Work Week)

🕒 Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (May finish at 6:00 PM upon completion of work)
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Our client, an established B1-graded building and civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Reinforced Concrete (RC) Supervisor to oversee structural works, manage site teams and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily reinforced concrete and structural construction activities.
  • Lead and coordinate rebar fixers, formwork carpenters, concreters and site teams.
  • Oversee reinforcement installation, formwork, concrete pouring and curing works.
  • Interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules to ensure work accuracy.
  • Conduct pre-pour inspections and coordinate structural clearances with RE/RTO.
  • Monitor site progress, manpower allocation and material requirements.
  • Enforce workplace safety standards, risk assessments and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervisory experience in reinforced concrete and structural works.
  • Hands-on reinforced concrete construction experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of rebar installation, formwork and concrete works.
  • Able to read and interpret structural and construction drawings.
  • Good leadership, site coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Singapore construction experience is advantageous; candidates with relevant overseas experience are welcome.
