About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & Inventory Manager to lead warehouse operations, oversee inventory control and drive operational efficiency within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory and stock control.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct quarterly stocktakes and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labelling and organisation of materials.
  • Improve warehouse workflows, space utilisation and operational processes.
  • Maintain workplace safety, security and 5S housekeeping standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to support operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ideally 8+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, inventory management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.
  • Relevant safety certifications (BCSS or equivalent) and project management qualifications are an added advantage.
