Senior Finance Executive

Recruit123 is currently partnering with an established organization to hire a Senior/Finance Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of core financial processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements while supporting management reporting and audits.

What we are looking for:

∙ Manage full set of accounts, including handling receipts and payments. Payroll will be included in this role.

∙ Responsible for monitoring cash flow, updating cash flow forecast and monthly management reports

∙ Prepare accurate monthly management reports to Head Office on time

∙ Responsible for statutory reporting

∙ Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget

∙ Responsible for GST reconciliation, reporting and filing ∙ Processing Payroll, CPF and other tax filing activities

∙ Handle application and renewal of work permit for expatriate staff

∙ Liaising with external auditors and company secretaries in relation to statutory audit, company secretarial and tax matters

∙ Ensure compliance with accounting standards as well as company laws/regulation in Singapore

∙ Handle other adc hoc tasks as required

∙ Report to the Head of Finance overseas

∙ With solid hands-on experience, not necessary to be ACCA qualified

∙ Can work independently
