  • Manage sales targets, revenue goals, and margin expectations across multiple product and service categories.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, operations, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure customer priorities are addressed effectively.
  • Support opportunities involving broader project scopes by collaborating with internal stakeholders to align deliverables and execution plans.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for process technologies, equipment, modular systems, and engineered solutions.
  • Maintain accurate account activity records, customer communications, meeting schedules, and sales documentation.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments within the industry.
  • Provide sales forecasting updates and demand projections to support operational planning and business objectives.
  • Participate in customer meetings, industry events, technical conferences, and internal commercial reviews.
  • Assist with identifying cross-functional project opportunities across different business units.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed to support customer relationships and business development efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience supporting customers within the downstream oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or industrial process sectors.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development through contract award and project execution.
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations, technical solutions, and customer-driven sales strategies.
  • Experience selling process technologies, engineered systems, catalysts, adsorbents, or related industrial solutions is highly preferred.
  • Background working within a global or multinational organization is beneficial.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
