Operations Manager till Nice Garden – led teamet, äg resultatet och sätt prägel på hur en trädgård ska skötas Du trivs ute hos kunden och vet vad som krävs för att en trädgård ska bli riktigt bra. Du trivs lika bra med en budget framför dig och ett team som behöver en ledare de vill följa. Då ska vi prata.

Nice Garden söker en Operations Manager som tar det samlade ansvaret för verksamheten i Malmö, Lund och området runt omkring. Det är ett jobb med mycket frihet, men också mycket ansvar.

Det här är Nice Garden Nice Garden arbetar med allt som rör utemiljö: anläggning, design, planering och skötsel. Bolaget är en del av KEYTO Group, en nordisk koncern inom hemnära tjänster med över 4 500 medarbetare i Sverige och Storbritannien. Här har du alltså ett litet och nära team, men med en stor koncern i ryggen. Syskonbolagen heter bland annat Hemfrid, Hemfixarna, GreenThumb, Veterankraft, Servly och Enspecta.

Din roll Du leder ett team på cirka 10 personer, både heltidare, deltidare och säsongsanställda. Du har fullt personal- och budgetansvar, och det är du som sätter riktningen. I vardagen blir det en blandning av ute och inne: Du träffar kunder, prissätter offerter och ser till att kvaliteten håller i projekten. Du planerar resurser så att rätt person är på rätt plats vid rätt tillfälle. Du ansvarar för budget och resultat och följer upp och rapporterar. Du driver utveckling av arbetssätt och digitalisering, så att verksamheten blir enklare, vassare och mer strukturerad.

Vem är du? Du har bakgrund inom anläggning eller trädgårdsskötsel, och det är där du är hemma. Du har tidigare haft fullt personal- och budgetansvar och vet hur det är att leda människor när det är högsäsong och allt ska hinnas med. Du är strukturerad och administrativt stark, men du är ingen skrivbordsmänniska. Du får energi av kundmöten, av att se ett projekt bli klart och av ett team som mår bra.

Det praktiska Tjänsten är en heltidsanställning med 6 månaders provanställning. Start enligt överenskommelse. Arbetet sker främst i Malmö- och Lundregionen.
