Assessoramos construtora e incorporadora em busca de Diretor (a) Comercial. O objetivo do cargo é garantir o atingimento das metas comerciais e o posicionamento estratégico da marca no mercado, liderando de forma integrada as áreas de Vendas, Operações Comerciais e Marketing. É responsável por definir, planejar e executar estratégias que maximizem o volume de vendas, a rentabilidade dos empreendimentos e a imagem institucional da construtora, assegurando a excelência nos processos de crédito, repasse e relacionamento com clientes e parceiros.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Definir e executar o plano estratégico comercial e de marketing, alinhado aos objetivos corporativos.
  • Liderar as áreas de Vendas, Operações Comerciais e Marketing, garantindo integração e eficiência dos processos.
  • Estabelecer metas de vendas e estratégias de precificação, posicionamento e lançamento de empreendimentos.
  • Supervisionar campanhas publicitárias, ações promocionais e estratégias de comunicação digital e institucional.
  • Garantir relacionamento estratégico com a Caixa Econômica Federal, correspondentes bancários e parceiros comerciais.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de performance (vendas, crédito, repasse, leads, ROI) e propor ações de melhoria.
  • Coordenar ativamente o desenvolvimento de novos mercados e novas parcerias.
  • Filtrar e direcionar entrada de novas áreas e novos mercados.
  • Aprovar propostas comerciais, investimentos em marketing e planos de mídia.
  • Promover o desenvolvimento das equipes e parceiros, assegurando alto desempenho e alinhamento à cultura da empresa.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar resultados à diretoria executiva.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência no ramo - Construtora e Incorporadora MCMV
  • Experiência em liderança executiva
