Senior Software Engineer

## Job Summary This role is focused on designing and developing high-quality web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate will leverage their 4+ years of experience in React to drive efficient UI development, optimize applications for maximum speed, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions. This position is based in Bangalore and offers a competitive salary range between 25L to 40L INR.

## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js. - Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver innovative technical solutions. - Identify areas for improvement in application performance and implement effective solutions. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BTech, BSc, equivalent). - 4+ years of professional experience with React.js. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. - Familiarity with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Exposure to modern testing frameworks and tools.

## Experience - A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on React-based applications. - Demonstrated experience in developing scalable and high-performance web applications.

## Environment - This role is based in Bangalore. - The work setting may involve a hybrid or in-office arrangement, catering to a dynamic, team-oriented environment. - The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced technological setting where adaptability is key.

## Salary - The salary range for this position is between 25L to 40L INR.
