## Job Summary The Value Creation role focuses on maximizing organizational efficiency and profitability through the analysis and optimization of value chains, deal values, and supply chain processes. This position requires a strategic mindset to identify, analyze, and implement opportunities for synergy and operational improvement, contributing directly to the company's growth and competitive advantage.

## Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth value chain analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. - Perform deal value analysis to support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. - Optimize supply chain processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. - Lead synergy analysis projects post-transaction to ensure realization of anticipated benefits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement value creation initiatives. - Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in value chain analysis, supply chain optimization, or related roles. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis. - Experience conducting deal value and synergy analysis. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

## Preferred Skills - Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus. - Experience in consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy roles. - Familiarity with advanced analytics or business intelligence tools. - Knowledge of digital transformation and automation in value chains. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

## Experience - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in value chain analysis, supply chain optimization, deal value analysis, or synergy analysis.

## Environment - Work Setting: Full-time, in-office position. - Location: Gurgaon. - Collaborative and fast-paced corporate environment with cross-functional team engagement.

## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹20–24 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
