TAX Services Team delivers quality tax solutions to public and privately owned middle - market companies, not - for - profit organizations, and high net worth individuals. Responsibilities  Participate in client engagements by providing corporate, partnership and individual tax service s; devise, plan and execute tax strategies and research potential tax issues  Prepare and/or review returns for corporate, partnership, or individuals, including federal, foreign, state and local tax return, estimated payments and extensions  Support Tax Sta ff in delivering including coaching and reviewing their work  Review extensions and quarterly estimates Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute towards implementing them Qualifications  Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance or similar required. (CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred. If not a CPA (US) or CA (ICAI), must meet educational requirements to obtain the same upon hire).  Minimum of 3 years of experience in US Taxation  Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred Proficient in corporate 1120, partnership 1065  Min 2 years experience in preparation and 1 year in reviewing the Tax form is required  Excellent customer service skills and experience managing multiple client engagements  Motivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service  Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently  Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development  Ability to work overtime, as needed  Ability to travel Here, you’ll be challenged and rewarded for leadership, technical excellence, and inspired perspectives.
