Over het bedrijf: Voor onze klant, een erkend kantoor van boekhouders-fiscalisten met een sterke lokale reputatie in regio Lier, zijn wij op zoek naar een Dossierbeheerder. Het kantoor bedient een mooie mix van KMO's, zelfstandigen en vennootschappen en heeft door de jaren een stevige reputatie opgebouwd dankzij betrouwbaarheid en korte lijnen met de klant. Door de aanhoudende groei is er plaats voor een ervaren kracht die een eigen portefeuille opneemt.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw rol: Je bent de vaste contactpersoon van je klanten en zorgt dat hun cijfers kloppen en op tijd binnen zijn. Je werkt nauwkeurig, plant je werk zelf in en signaleert tijdig opportuniteiten of aandachtspunten aan de klant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondernemers als klant: Je werkt voor ondernemers die waarde hechten aan een vast aanspreekpunt dat hun dossier door en door kent.
  • Jaarafsluiting: Je bereidt de jaarafsluiting voor, van afschrijvingen en overlopende rekeningen tot de jaarrekening, en legt die ter review voor aan een senior of de teamverantwoordelijke.
  • Boekhouding en btw: Je volgt de lopende boekhouding op, controleert de verwerking en maakt de periodieke btw-aangiftes en de klantenlisting op.
  • Fiscale aangiftes: Je maakt de aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting op en volgt de voorafbetalingen van je klanten op.
  • Gevarieerde portefeuille: Je portefeuille bestaat uit een mooie mix van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen, wat je job afwisselend en uitdagend houdt.
  • Wettelijke verplichtingen: Je bewaakt de verplichtingen van je klanten, zoals de neerlegging van de jaarrekening, het UBO-register en de algemene vergadering.
  • Digitale workflow: Je werkt met gedigitaliseerde aankoop- en verkoopstromen, denkt mee over automatisatie en helpt klanten bij de overstap naar e-facturatie via Peppol.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in accountancy-fiscaliteit, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in dossierbeheer binnen een accountancy- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je kent personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en het jaarrekeningenrecht door en door.
  • Je werkt vlot met boekhoud- en fiscale software. Ervaring met Adsolut en Silverfin, waar het kantoor mee werkt, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar weet ook wanneer je overleg moet zoeken.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt proactief mee met je klanten.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; Frans of Engels is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van cijfers die kloppen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel in de drukke periodes rond de aangiftes.
