Over onze klant: Een gevestigd boekhoudkantoor met een twintigtal medewerkers, sterk verankerd in Roeselare, zoekt een Dossierbeheerder Accountancy. Het kantoor begeleidt KMO's en zelfstandigen uit diverse sectoren en wil die klanten niet enkel correcte cijfers, maar ook goed advies bieden. Daarom zoekt men iemand met ervaring, die zelfstandig werkt en het overzicht houdt.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw rol: Je bent de vaste contactpersoon van je klanten en zorgt dat hun cijfers kloppen en op tijd binnen zijn. Je werkt nauwkeurig, plant je werk zelf in en signaleert tijdig opportuniteiten of aandachtspunten aan de klant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eigen portefeuille: Je beheert zelfstandig een portefeuille van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen en houdt zelf de planning en deadlines in de hand.
  • Diverse sectoren: Je klanten komen uit uiteenlopende sectoren, wat zorgt voor afwisseling en telkens nieuwe aandachtspunten.
  • Probleemsignalering: Je merkt het op als er iets niet klopt in een dossier en stelt zelf een oplossing voor, in overleg met je teamverantwoordelijke.
  • Eigen klantenbestand: Je neemt een bestaand klantenbestand over en krijgt het vertrouwen om dat op jouw manier verder op te volgen.
  • Tussentijdse cijfers: Je maakt tussentijdse situaties op, zodat de klant tijdig kan bijsturen en niet pas bij de afsluiting voor verrassingen staat.
  • Jaarafsluiting: Je bereidt de jaarafsluiting voor, van afschrijvingen en overlopende rekeningen tot de jaarrekening, en legt die ter review voor aan een senior of de teamverantwoordelijke.
  • Boekhouding en btw: Je volgt de lopende boekhouding op, controleert de verwerking en maakt de periodieke btw-aangiftes en de klantenlisting op.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy-fiscaliteit of een verwante economische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in dossierbeheer binnen een accountancy- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je kent personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en het jaarrekeningenrecht door en door.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk. Kennis van Exact Online en Silverfin is een plus, want daar werkt het kantoor dagelijks mee.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar weet ook wanneer je overleg moet zoeken.
  • Je werkt punctueel en planmatig en houdt het overzicht over je deadlines.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van cijfers die kloppen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel in de drukke periodes rond de aangiftes.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; Frans of Engels is een plus.
