Over onze klant: Voor onze klant, een stabiel boekhoud- en fiscaal kantoor met een ervaren team en korte communicatielijnen in regio Beveren, zijn wij op zoek naar een Ervaren Dossierbeheerder. Het kantoor bedient KMO's en zelfstandigen en heeft door de jaren een stevige reputatie opgebouwd dankzij betrouwbaarheid en korte lijnen met de klant. Door de aanhoudende groei is er plaats voor een ervaren kracht die een eigen portefeuille opneemt.

Jobomschrijving

Wat houdt de job in: Je volgt je dossiers van begin tot einde op en kent je klanten door en door. Je werkt gestructureerd, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt dat de klant nooit voor verrassingen komt te staan.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Fiscale aangiftes: Je maakt de aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting op en volgt de voorafbetalingen van je klanten op.
  • Boekhouding en btw: Je volgt de lopende boekhouding op, controleert de verwerking en maakt de periodieke btw-aangiftes en de klantenlisting op.
  • Klantcontact: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je klanten bij dagelijkse vragen en schuift mee aan tafel bij de eindbesprekingen.
  • Wettelijke verplichtingen: Je bewaakt de verplichtingen van je klanten, zoals de neerlegging van de jaarrekening, het UBO-register en de algemene vergadering.
  • Digitale workflow: Je werkt met gedigitaliseerde aankoop- en verkoopstromen, denkt mee over automatisatie en helpt klanten bij de overstap naar e-facturatie via Peppol.
  • KMO-dossiers: Je volgt KMO's van A tot Z op en bent voor de zaakvoerder het vaste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met cijfers en fiscaliteit te maken heeft.
  • Jaarafsluiting: Je bereidt de jaarafsluiting voor, van afschrijvingen en overlopende rekeningen tot de jaarrekening, en legt die ter review voor aan een senior of de teamverantwoordelijke.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in accountancy-fiscaliteit, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in dossierbeheer binnen een accountancy- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je kent personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en het jaarrekeningenrecht door en door.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk. Kennis van Exact Online en Silverfin is een plus, want daar werkt het kantoor dagelijks mee.
  • Je bent bezig met het ITAA-traject of wil daar de komende jaren werk van maken.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt proactief mee met je klanten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van cijfers die kloppen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; Frans of Engels is een plus.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel in de drukke periodes rond de aangiftes.
