Over onze klant: Voor onze klant, een gevestigd notariskantoor met een stevige lokale reputatie in regio Westkust, zijn wij op zoek naar een Notarieel Jurist Vastgoed. Het kantoor bedient kopers, verkopers en ontwikkelaars aan de kust en heeft een stevige reputatie opgebouwd dankzij betrouwbaarheid en korte lijnen.

Jobomschrijving

De functie: In deze rol draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over een gevarieerde portefeuille. Je combineert juridische analyse met cliëntbegeleiding en zorgt dat elk dossier correct en tijdig wordt afgehandeld.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Vastgoed: Je behandelt verkopen uit de hand, verkopen in nieuwbouwprojecten en de bijhorende kredietdossiers.
  • Afrekeningen: Je maakt de afrekeningen op en volgt de betaling van registratierechten, erelonen en kosten mee op.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je beheert je dossiers van de opstart tot na het verlijden van de akte en zorgt dat alle formaliteiten tijdig gebeuren.
  • Openbare verkopingen: Je bereidt openbare verkopingen via Biddit voor en volgt ze op, van de verkoopvoorwaarden tot de afrekening.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met makelaars, banken, landmeters, accountants en advocaten.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een master in de rechten, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een master in het notariaat.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 tot 5 jaar ervaring als jurist in een notariskantoor.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met vastgoedtransacties, verkopen op plan en openbare verkopingen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent discreet en integer, en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt waar nodig zelf initiatief.
  • Je vertaalt complexe juridische taal naar begrijpelijke uitleg.
