Wie zijn we?Recruitment Force is een onafhankelijk recruitmentkantoor uit Zwevegem. We vinden toppers voor kmo’s in heel Vlaanderen. Geen groot bureau met eindeloze procedures, wel een klein team dat snel schakelt en resultaat neerzet. We groeien, en daarom zoeken we een rechterhand.

Wat ga je doen?Jij zorgt ervoor dat het recruitmentproces vlot draait, zodat de gesprekken met kandidaten en klanten op de juiste plek terechtkomen.

  • Je beheert onze vacatures op jobsites: plaatsen, opvolgen en vernieuwen.
  • Je screent binnenkomende sollicitaties en schift de sterke profielen eruit.
  • Je belt kandidaten voor een eerste kennismaking. Kort, vriendelijk en to the point.
  • Je zet cv’s om in onze huisstijl en bereidt voorstellingen aan klanten voor.
  • Je zoekt nieuwe bedrijven die op zoek zijn naar personeel en houdt ons CRM (HubSpot) netjes bij.
  • Je houdt de agenda op orde en plant afspraken in.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve of klantgerichte job. Ervaring in een bank, verzekeringskantoor, interimkantoor of HR is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent vlot aan de telefoon. Een onbekende bellen schrikt je niet af, integendeel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Een to-dolijst afwerken geeft je voldoening.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent digitaal mee. Ervaring met een CRM is mooi meegenomen, maar we leren je de rest.
  • Je hebt mensenkennis: je voelt snel aan of iemand bij een functie past.
