Over onze klant: Voor onze klant, een gevestigd boekhoudkantoor met een twintigtal medewerkers in regio Zele, zijn wij op zoek naar een Dossierverantwoordelijke. Het kantoor bedient KMO's, zelfstandigen en particulieren en heeft door de jaren een stevige reputatie opgebouwd dankzij betrouwbaarheid en korte lijnen met de klant. Door de aanhoudende groei is er plaats voor een ervaren kracht die een eigen portefeuille opneemt.

Jobomschrijving

De functie: Je beheert een portefeuille met een hoger complexiteitsniveau en hebt de ervaring om fiscale aandachtspunten snel te herkennen. Je bent een sparringpartner voor je klanten en een stabiele kracht in het team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eigen portefeuille: Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen met echte eindverantwoordelijkheid, inclusief planning en deadlines.
  • Probleemdossiers: Je spoort knelpunten in dossiers op en werkt oplossingen uit, in overleg met de vennoten of de fiscalisten van het kantoor.
  • Coaching: Je begeleidt junior en medior collega's, reviewt hun voorbereidend werk en geeft gerichte feedback, zodat het hele team mee groeit.
  • Automatisatie: Je denkt mee over het verder automatiseren van dossiers en test nieuwe tools en software voordat ze kantoorbreed uitgerold worden.
  • Advies: Je adviseert ondernemers over hun structuur, hun fiscale positie, de optimale bezoldiging en investeringsbeslissingen.
  • Klantbesprekingen: Je voert zelf de tussentijdse en eindbesprekingen met je klanten en licht de cijfers helder toe.
  • Boekhouding en fiscaliteit: Je combineert het boekhoudkundige werk met de fiscale opvolging, zodat je het volledige plaatje van je klant kent.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit; een master of bijkomende fiscale opleiding is een plus.
  • Je hebt ruim 5 jaar ervaring in dossierbeheer binnen een accountancy- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en jaarrekeningenrecht.
  • Het kantoor werkt met Exact Online en Silverfin. Ervaring daarmee is een plus; wie vlot is met boekhoud- en fiscale software, leert het snel.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexere dossiers, zoals grotere vennootschappen of vennootschappen met personeel.
  • Je hebt de ITAA-beroepstitel of zit in het traject ernaartoe; het kantoor begeleidt je daarin.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt proactief mee met je klanten.
  • Je werkt punctueel en planmatig en houdt het overzicht over je deadlines.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel in de drukke periodes rond de aangiftes.
