About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist to join our client's team and ensure timely and efficient procurement and logistics for multiple EPC project sites. • Review and validate Procurement Monitoring Contractor (PMC) reports, cross-check with photos and third-party reporting, and conduct regular on-site inspections.
  • Identify procurement risks, propose mitigation actions for delayed items, and support EPC projects through local contacts and resources.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly procurement progress reports, tracking critical long-lead items across planning, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, storage, warranties, and payments.
  • Highlight leading indicators affecting delivery or supply performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage customs and duty-free incentive paperwork to ensure compliance with import requirements and accurate entitlement claims.

  • Serve as the primary SCM point of contact for OVWPI and API, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of importation procedures, Incoterms, and duty-free incentives.
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Material Testing processes for industrial materials.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
