Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Product Owner para atuar na área de customização de um ERP educacional dentro de uma Fábrica de Software. Inscreva-se abaixo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar e priorizar o backlog de customizações do produto.Levantar requisitos direto com os clientes e transformar cada pedido em épicos, histórias e critérios de aceite prontos para desenvolvimento.Definir com a engenharia a melhor forma de desenvolver cada customização sobre o produto que já existe, avaliando o impacto em regras, módulos e integrações.Acompanhar o ciclo de vida dos projetos: levantamento, especificação, desenvolvimento, homologação e entrega.Fazer engenharia reversa dos produtos atuais, lendo o código para entender as regras e documentá-las para o time.Usar IA em todo o fluxo: escrita de histórias, gestão de cards, documentação e análise de impacto.Dar visibilidade de prazos, riscos e entregas para clientes e liderança, junto com a Scrum Master e a coordenação técnica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenhaFormação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Design, Educação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência como Product Owner, Analista de Requisitos ou Analista de Negócios, atuando com produtos B2B e B2C. Vivência em fábrica de software ou em projetos de customização e evolução de produtos já existentes. Experiência com levantamento de requisitos direto com o cliente. Domínio da escrita de épicos, histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite. Facilidade para ler código e consultar banco de dados a fim de entender e documentar regras de negócio. Uso de IA generativa no dia a dia de trabalho. Experiência em priorizar backlog com demandas de vários clientes.E será um diferencial se você tiver

Experiência com ERPs ou sistemas de gestão acadêmica, ou conhecimento de regras do setor de educação (matrícula, financeiro educacional, regulação do MEC). Passagem anterior por desenvolvimento, QA ou análise de sistemas. Conhecimento de SQL, BPMN e mapeamento de processos. Vivência com Jira, Azure DevOps, Redmine, Confluence, Miro/FigJam e GitHub. Certificações como CSPO, PSPO, PMPO, Kanban ou de análise de requisitos. Pós-graduação.
