GERENTE DE LOJA – SHOPPING RIO SUL | RJA Mendes Talent, consultoria especializada em Recrutamento e Seleção, está em busca de um(a) Gerente de Loja para atuar em uma renomada rede do segmento de calçados esportivos, sneakers e lifestyle, localizada no Shopping Rio Sul, em Botafogo/RJ.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em gestão de equipes comerciais, foco em resultados e conhecimento do mercado de moda urbana e calçados esportivos.

Principais Responsabilidades Gerenciar as operações comerciais e administrativas da loja, garantindo o alcance das metas estabelecidas. Liderar, desenvolver, treinar e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe de vendas. Monitorar indicadores comerciais (KPIs), como PA, ticket médio, taxa de conversão e faturamento. Desenvolver estratégias para impulsionar as vendas e melhorar os resultados. Realizar reuniões periódicas, feedbacks e acompanhamento de desempenho. Organizar escalas de trabalho e distribuir atividades entre os colaboradores. Supervisionar estoque, inventários, reposição de mercadorias e organização da loja. Garantir os padrões de visual merchandising e excelência no atendimento. Acompanhar processos de abertura e fechamento de caixa. Desenvolver ações de fidelização e relacionamento com clientes. Apoiar processos de recrutamento, seleção e integração de novos colaboradores.

Requisitos Ensino médio completo. Experiência comprovada como Gerente de Loja no varejo. Experiência obrigatória no segmento de sneakers, calçados esportivos, moda urbana ou lifestyle. Vivência com marcas como Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Puma, Vans, Converse ou Asics. Conhecimento de indicadores comerciais e gestão de metas. Experiência em liderança, treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipes. Perfil comercial, proativo, organizado e orientado para resultados. Disponibilidade para trabalhar em shopping, inclusive aos finais de semana e feriados.
