ÜBER UNS RECUP ist Österreichs und Deutschlands führendes Mehrwegsystem für die Gastronomie. Wir setzen uns für eine Zukunft ohne Einwegverpackung ein.

DEINE MISSION Gemeinsam mit Dir wollen wir Mehrweg in Österreich weiter voranbringen. Du unterstützt unser Team in Wien an der Schnittstelle von Sales und Marketing: Du bringst neue Gastronomiebetriebe ins Gespräch mit RECUP, begleitest Aktionen und Events vor Ort und sorgst auf Social Media für Sichtbarkeit. So lernst du den gesamten Weg kennen, vom ersten Anruf bis zum aktiven Partnerbetrieb.

Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Du führst Outbound Calls mit Gastronomiebetrieben, stellst RECUP vor und vereinbarst Termine für unser Sales-Team.
  • Du unterstützt bei Bedarf das Sales-Team bei konkreten Aktionen im Street Sales.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Marketing-Maßnahmen auf allen Channels.
  • Du konzipierst und kreierst Social-Media-Content für den Instagram-Account von RECUP Österreich.
  • Du setzt Customer-Success-Aktionen wie Pop-ups und Events direkt vor Ort in der Gastronomie um.
  • Du vertrittst RECUP bei Aktionen und Events und erklärst unser System.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Ein laufendes Studium, idealerweise in Wirtschaft, Marketing oder Kommunikation, und erste Erfahrungen in Sales oder Marketing
  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, telefonierst gern und lässt Dich von einem „Nein“ nicht entmutigen
  • Gutes Verständnis fürSocial-Media-Trends und -Tools sowie Basis-Skills in Fotografie und Video
  • Du nutzt gängige KI-Tools für Textentwürfe oder Recherche. Falls nicht, hast Du Lust, es zu lernen!
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und verlässlich
  • Und Du bringst mit, was uns ausmacht: Herzblut für die Sache, Miteinander und Teamorientierung, Transparenz & Integrität in Deinem täglichen Tun sowieKawummsfür mutiges, engagiertes Handeln

Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Gewerbe, Handwerk und Dienstleistung mit einem Mindestgehalt von € 2.059,41 brutto pro Monat (14-mal jährlich) auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Std.). Bei 20 Wochenstunden wird das Gehalt entsprechend anteilig gezahlt. Eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist möglich.
