Como Analista de FP&A, você será responsável por apoiar a construção, consolidação e análise do planejamento financeiro da companhia, contribuindo para decisões estratégicas por meio de informações confiáveis e análises de alta qualidade. Atuando em parceria com diferentes áreas do negócio, você terá papel fundamental nos processos de orçamento, projeções financeiras e gestão das ferramentas de planejamento, garantindo consistência, acurácia e aderência às diretrizes financeiras da empresa.

Descrição da vaga

Principais atividades:

  • Apoiar a elaboração, consolidação e acompanhamento do orçamento anual e das revisões financeiras ao longo do ano;
  • Atuar em parceria com gestores das diferentes áreas, facilitando o processo de planejamento financeiro e garantindo alinhamento às diretrizes da companhia;
  • Contribuir para a elaboração de projeções de curto, médio e longo prazo, buscando cada vez mais precisão e qualidade das informações;
  • Atualizar e analisar as MEC Analyses, garantindo a consistência das informações financeiras e apoiando os responsáveis por cada centro de orçamento;
  • Atuar como Key User das ferramentas de planejamento financeiro, oferecendo suporte e treinamento aos clientes internos envolvidos no processo orçamentário;
  • Administrar e manter a estrutura de centros de custo e ordens internas da companhia, realizando atualizações de hierarquia e demais alterações necessárias;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das políticas e diretrizes financeiras em todos os processos sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para a evolução contínua dos processos de planejamento financeiro.

Qualificações

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em Planejamento Financeiro, Controladoria ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Excel e PowerPoint avançados;
  • Desejável conhecimento em SAP (módulo FI) e Oracle Hyperion;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e atento aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas e influenciar stakeholders;
  • Proatividade, senso de urgência, pensamento crítico e vontade de melhorar processos continuamente.
  • Será considerado um diferencial ter vivência em empresas de bens de consumo
