PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Buscamos un(a) Practicante de Ingeniería Industrial y/o aministracion de empresas interesado(a) en adquirir experiencia en el área de Insights, apoyando el análisis de información y la generación de hallazgos clave para la toma de decisiones. La persona seleccionada participará en procesos estratégicos del área, contribuyendo al manejo adecuado de datos y al cumplimiento de lineamientos internos y normativos.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generación de reportes diarios para la identificación de tendencias clave y hallazgos accionables que impulsen la toma de decisiones.
  • Optimización y automatización de procesos mediante herramientas de modelado de datos como Power Query y Power Pivot.
  • Análisis de inteligencia de mercado para detectar oportunidades de crecimiento en los diferentes canales de comercialización.
  • Elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas sobre resultados de gestión y planes de desarrollo estratégico.
  • Monitoreo de KPIs de consumo masivo, incluyendo distribución (numérica/ponderada), rotación, cobertura, sell-in/sell-out y participación de mercado ($/Vol).

Requisitos

  • Estudiante de últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines
  • Contar con aval de la universidad para iniciar prácticas profesionales en el primer semestre de 2027 y poder firmar contrato por hasta 1 año.
  • Interés en análisis de datos, generación de insights y toma de decisiones.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel (nivel intermedio).
  • Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (ej. Power BI).
  • Habilidades analíticas y pensamiento crítico.
