The posting

This multi-award-winning Healthcare based boutique recruitment company, based in Sydney's CBD are looking to scale their team with an experienced Senior Account Manager who is passionate and motivated to work with an employer who cares, respects and recognises their hard work and achievements.

The Role:

They currently operate across the whole Healthcare and Medical spectrum and are looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage their Hospital based clients recruiting doctors across NSW.

As a Senior Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of clients, servicing and recruiting across your specialist area. Supported by candidate focused consultants delivering on healthcare based roles. Develop relationships across your portfolio as well as help foster new ones.

The Company:

I could tell you about all the great things they do to celebrate success but you're probably fed up of that by now. Of course they do all that stuff but realistically you want to work for these guys because they are good people who know what they're doing. They've a great existing client base that you can work with, a cracking brand name to go to market with and all the back office resources and processes to help make managing the recruitment lifecycle as straight forward and effective as possible.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships.
  • Key stakeholder management.
  • Promoting brand awareness and recognition.
  • Help to win new business where appropriate.
  • Meeting all personal and team activity targets.
  • Delivery management, actively working live roles
  • Market candidates to key clients
  • Full 360° recruitment role
