Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accounting Location: Brisbane Salary: Up to A$110k base + Super + Uncapped Commission Benefits: 6 Weeks Leave + Extra Carers/Volunteer Days + Birthday & Christmas Leave Visa Sponsorship: Available

The Role: Our client is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the accounting sector, particularly in senior accounting roles. This Brisbane-based position will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on recruiting for senior accounting roles across multiple industries.
  • Oversee the entire 360° recruitment process, from initial client engagement and role briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship management.
