And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar suporte aos professores e assistentes de sala na organização da sala de aula, auxiliando na orientação e no acompanhamento dos alunos, na preparação de materiais e no desenvolvimento das atividades pedagógicas. Além disso, apoiar a coordenação pedagógica da unidade em suas atividades gerais.Requisitos e qualificações Principais responsabilidades e atribuições

Prestar suporte em sala de aula, auxiliando os professores e assistentes de sala na orientação e na transmissão das instruções das atividades aos alunos, visando favorecer o processo de aprendizagem. Preparar os materiais necessários para as aulas, conforme as orientações do professor. Manter a sala de aula limpa e organizada. Adaptar aulas e atividades para atender às necessidades educacionais específicas dos alunos, promovendo a inclusão. Auxiliar os professores e assistentes na distribuição, organização e recolhimento dos materiais utilizados nas atividades. Participar da implementação dos projetos pedagógicos da escola. Apoiar a decoração e a organização dos ambientes escolares, incluindo paredes, portas, mesas e murais. Zelar pela segurança e pelo bem-estar dos alunos, acompanhando-os constantemente durante as atividades, observando, orientando e intervindo sempre que necessário para prevenir acidentes. Essa responsabilidade deve se estender a todos os alunos da escola. Apoiar a condução das atividades em sala de aula durante ausências ou indisponibilidades temporárias dos professores e assistentes de sala. Registrar as atividades dos alunos por meio de fotos e vídeos e encaminhar os registros aos professores e assistentes de sala dentro dos prazos previamente estabelecidos, sem comprometer a dinâmica das aulas. Participar de reuniões pedagógicas, conferências educacionais e atividades de formação e desenvolvimento profissional, visando ao aprimoramento contínuo de suas competências. Apoiar os assistentes no acompanhamento dos alunos durante os intervalos e nos deslocamentos ao refeitório, orientando-os quanto aos hábitos de higiene e alimentação. Observar atentamente as atitudes e os comportamentos dos alunos, identificando possíveis sinais de indisposição ou problemas de saúde e comunicando as situações aos profissionais responsáveis. Comunicar aos professores e assistentes de sala situações relevantes relacionadas ao comportamento dos alunos, para que ele possa realizar os devidos encaminhamentos e, quando necessário, informar as famílias.
