Jouw rolAls Maintenance Supervisor neem je de leiding over het onderhoud van verschillende technische en facilitaire installaties binnen een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving. Je bent de schakel tussen techniek, operatie en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning blijft functioneren.Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor het preventief onderhoud van een specifieke productieafdeling en de bijhorende installaties.
  • Coördinatie van onderhoudswerken aan gebouwen, daken, poorten, laadkades en andere facilitaire voorzieningen.
  • Dagelijkse aansturing van een team van 5 à 10 techniekers.
  • Opvolging en begeleiding van externe technische firma's tijdens onderhouds- en herstelwerken.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van wettelijke keuringen en technische controles.
  • Administratieve verwerking van onderhoudsactiviteiten, keuringen en actiepunten in SAP.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met productie, logistiek, planning, aankoop en projectteams.
  • Snel en doordacht schakelen bij technische storingen, prioriteitswijzigingen en onverwachte situaties.

Wie zoeken we?Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke people manager die structuur brengt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer.Jouw profiel

  • Bacheloropleiding in een technische richting zoals Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek, Mechanica, Onderhoudstechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een technische onderhoudsomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van technische medewerkers is een sterke troef.
  • Beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en kan prioriteiten correct inschatten.
  • Denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt overzicht onder druk.
  • Durft beslissingen nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Werkt vlot met MS Office en ERP-systemen zoals SAP.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels is een plus.
