Jouw functieAls Planner ben jij het kloppende hart tussen de werven, arbeiders, chauffeurs en het machinepark.Samen met de werfleiders maak je dagelijks de planning op en zorg je ervoor dat alle nodige mensen, machines en materialen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats aanwezig zijn.Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Loopt een werf anders dan voorzien? Valt een machine stil? Is er slecht weer op komst? Dan ben jij degene die snel analyseert, bijstuurt en alternatieven uitwerkt.Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Dagelijkse planning van arbeiders over verschillende infra- en grondwerkprojecten
  • Inplannen van chauffeurs en transporten voor machines, materialen en werfbevoorrading Organiseren van externe transporteurs wanneer intern transport niet beschikbaar is
  • Coördineren van het eigen machinepark Herbekijken en aanpassen van planningen bij onverwachte situaties zoals weerverlet, technische defecten of gewijzigde werfomstandigheden
  • Inschatten welke machines en competenties nodig zijn voor specifieke opdrachten Opvolgen van interventies aan machines en afstemmen met techniekers
  • Administratieve verwerking van de planning en communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen Controleren van werkbladen en werfdocumenten van medewerkers
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen vanuit de werkvloer

Je combineert organisatietalent met technisch inzicht en weet mensen op een correcte manier aan te sturen.

  • Indien net van school bij voorkeur Bachelor Bouwkunde - maar geen vereiste, een relevante oplediing is echter wel belangrijk OFWEL heb je reeds relevante ervaring op de teller.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen planning, dispatching of operationele coördinatie OF bent echt heel bewust op zoek naar dergelijke functie.
  • Je begrijpt hoe machines, materialen en werforganisaties functioneren
  • Je houdt van puzzelen en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent communicatief en toegankelijk
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer prioriteiten plots wijzigen en bent dus stressbestendig
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en begrijpt dat een planning soms vroeg of laat bijsturing vraagt - vroeger starten of langer blijven is geen issue.
  • Nederlandstalig is must.
