Als productieplanner zorg jij dat de productie vlot draait en dat klanten hun bestelling op tijd krijgen. Je collega's in productie, aankoop en klantendienst rekenen op jouw planning om hun werk goed te doen.Over de werkgeverJe komt terecht in een internationaal productiebedrijf, vlot bereikbaar vanuit Roeselare, Izegem en Wingene. Je werkt voor een bedrijf dat zijn producten zelf ontwikkelt en maakt en ze via B2B-klanten en verdelers over de hele wereld verkoopt. Je krijgt de tijd om je in te werken en vindt bij je collega's altijd een aanspreekpunt.Wat je doet

  • Je maakt de dag- en weekplanning op en stemt de capaciteit van machines en mensen af op de orders en de gevraagde levertermijnen.
  • Je controleert of grondstoffen en materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en stemt dit af met aankoop en het magazijn.
  • Je bent de schakel tussen klantendienst, productie en logistiek en communiceert duidelijk over haalbare leverdata.
  • Je stuurt bij wanneer een spoedorder, een storing of een tekort je plan overhoop gooit en zoekt mee naar de beste oplossing.
  • Je houdt het ERP-systeem up-to-date, volgt de KPI's op en doet voorstellen om de planning en processen te verbeteren.

Wat je meebrengt

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in logistiek, supply chain, bedrijfsmanagement of een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring als planner of in een productie- of logistieke omgeving.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en bent vertrouwd met een ERP-pakket.
  • Vlot Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt het overzicht, ook als er veel tegelijk gebeurt.
  • Je bent communicatief en flexibel: je overlegt makkelijk met de werkvloer en blijft rustig onder druk wanneer plannen wijzigen.
