Atuar como Técnico(a) de Enfermagem nos diferentes serviços assistenciais da Atenção Primária, integrando equipes multiprofissionais comprometidas com o cuidado integral, humanizado, seguro e contínuo aos usuários. A atuação será pautada nos princípios do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), nas diretrizes institucionais e nos protocolos assistenciais vigentes, com foco na promoção da saúde, prevenção de agravos, recuperação, reabilitação, segurança do paciente e continuidade do cuidado, respeitando as especificidades de cada serviço, território e perfil assistencial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência de enfermagem aos usuários nos diferentes serviços e níveis de atenção, em unidade, domicílio ou território, conforme plano de cuidado, protocolos institucionais e orientação do Enfermeiro;Realizar procedimentos técnicos de enfermagem compatíveis com sua formação e com o perfil do serviço;Executar cuidados no pré, trans e pós-procedimento, quando aplicável, garantindo segurança, conforto e continuidade da assistência;Realizar o processo de medicação com segurança, observando prescrições médicas e de enfermagem, aplicando os princípios de segurança do paciente, conhecendo Drogas de Alto Alerta e realizando dupla checagem quando indicado;Registrar anotações de enfermagem de forma completa, legível e oportuna, assegurando a continuidade do cuidado e a rastreabilidade das informações;Checar prescrições médicas e de enfermagem, registrando a execução das atividades com rubrica e carimbo;Colher, encaminhar e orientar usuários quanto à realização de exames solicitados;Reconhecer sinais e sintomas de agravamento do quadro clínico, alterações comportamentais ou emocionais, comunicando prontamente ao Enfermeiro;Atuar em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional no atendimento às urgências e emergências, conforme protocolos institucionais;Auxiliar o Enfermeiro e/ou Médico na realização de procedimentos, preparando e organizando materiais e ambientes;Acolher usuários e familiares de forma humanizada, com postura ética e respeito às singularidades;Orientar usuários, famílias e comunidade sobre cuidados de saúde, higienização das mãos, prevenção de agravos, acesso aos serviços e programas de saúde;Identificar situações de risco individual e coletivo, contribuindo para ações de vigilância em saúde e notificação de agravos quando indicado;Apoiar a equipe multiprofissional na construção, execução e acompanhamento do plano de cuidado, Projeto Terapêutico Singular e ações educativas;Participar da programação da assistência de enfermagem, reuniões de equipe, discussões de caso e ações de educação continuada;Realizar passagem de plantão, garantindo comunicação clara e segura das informações assistenciais;Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação dos ambientes, equipamentos e materiais da unidade, comunicando não conformidades, necessidades de manutenção ou reposição;Controlar o uso, validade e armazenamento de materiais e medicamentos, prevenindo desperdícios;Manter os prontuários e documentos dos usuários organizados e atualizados;Executar outras atividades correlatas, conforme necessidade do serviço e orientação do Enfermeiro Responsável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Curso técnico em enfermagem completo;COREN ativo;Conhecimento em informática e Pacote Office nível intermediário.
