Atuar na prevenção, avaliação, diagnóstico e intervenção dos distúrbios da comunicação humana, promovendo o desenvolvimento das habilidades de linguagem, fala, voz, audição, motricidade orofacial e deglutição, contribuindo para a qualidade de vida, autonomia e funcionalidade dos pacientes atendidos pela Casa Cuidar.

Garantir atendimento seguro, humanizado e baseado em evidências científicas.

Manter a confidencialidade das informações dos pacientes.

Cumprir os protocolos assistenciais e administrativos da Casa Cuidar.

Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos terapêuticos.

Realizar avaliação fonoaudiológica e identificar as necessidades terapêuticas dos pacientes.

Elaborar o plano terapêutico individualizado de acordo com os objetivos clínicos.

Planejar e executar atendimentos fonoaudiológicos individuais ou em grupo.

Monitorar a evolução dos pacientes e readequar as condutas terapêuticas quando necessário.

Elaborar relatórios, pareceres e demais documentos técnicos.

Registrar as evoluções dos atendimentos em prontuário eletrônico ou físico.

Orientar familiares e cuidadores sobre estratégias para continuidade do tratamento.

Participar de reuniões clínicas e discussões de casos com a equipe multiprofissional.

Manter comunicação com escolas e demais profissionais envolvidos no cuidado do paciente, quando necessário.

Cumprir protocolos institucionais, normas técnicas, éticas e de biossegurança.

Zelar pela organização dos materiais e equipamentos utilizados nos atendimentos.

Participar de treinamentos, capacitações e ações de educação continuada promovidas pela instituição.

Requisitos

Formação

Graduação completa em Fonoaudiologia.

Registro ativo no CREFONO.

Desejáveis

Desejável experiência em atendimento clínico, desenvolvimento infantil, transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento ou reabilitação.

Pós-graduação ou especialização em Fonoaudiologia aplicada ao Neurodesenvolvimento, Linguagem, Motricidade Orofacial ou áreas correlatas.

Cursos de capacitação em intervenção voltada ao Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA).

Conhecimento e/ou formação em Análise do Comportamento Aplicada (ABA).

Experiência no atendimento de crianças e adolescentes com transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento.

Conhecimento em Comunicação Aumentativa e Alternativa (CAA), quando aplicável.

Atualização contínua em práticas baseadas em evidências para o atendimento de pacientes com TEA e outros transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento.
